Warranty Terms

These terms apply to KATBUU aroma lamp purchases made through authorized Amazon stores in the United States and the United Kingdom.

3-Year Limited Warranty

This product is covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-human-caused malfunctions during normal household use.

Free Lifetime Bulb Replacement

Registered customers are eligible for free lifetime bulb replacement for normal household use. KATBUU may deny requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with ordinary consumer use.

What Is Not Covered

• Misuse, abuse, or improper storage
• Accidental damage or cosmetic wear and tear
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Products not purchased through authorized Amazon stores
